In May 2020, Formerica held a virtual National Sales meeting with our reps in North America. We had an exciting exchange with our reps (almost 200!) where we discussed a wide range of ideas including new products, product roadmap, and market trends.
Our keynote speaker, Walter Tobin, CEO of ERA, encouraged reps to cultivate creative ways to reach out and ‘meet’ customers and how to effectively sell in our new ‘normal’. Many productive selling tools were discussed, such as better utilizing social media, proactive pricing, and web-based meetings.
The excitement surrounding the fact that Formerica is both TAA (Trade Agreement Act) compliant and NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) compliant was tangible. The advantage is that Formerica is immune to China tariffs and suitable for Mil/Aero/DoD/TLA and assured communications applications.
